A/R Aging OutofSystemMemory

Tanya,

This is coming from the client side as well as the window handle errors. this means the users computer needs to close programs/windows to create space. You can clear the cache memory. Also once in a while reboot the computer so the temp files will be gone.

We run the A/R Aging report with the default parameters and "summary only" so that we can see all accounts past due right now. Today one of our accountants reported that he is getting the OutOfSystemMemory error when he runs the report.

Is this message coming from the client side or the server? Is there something that we can tweak on either side to reduce the likelihood of this error stopping a process?

Thanks for any ideas!
Have you tried calling Epicor?
They provided a one off fix to me a while back for a known client memory issue.
It was version specific though and I was told fixes were not readily available for other versions.
