I have a friend that has been waiting for approval to join to this awesome community, but he has not been accepted. Does someone know what to do in this case?

He does not remember his user name but I want to guess that is martin.rivera and this email addres is martin.rivera@walbaraero.com

There is no user with that email address. If they applied with gmail, hotmail or other generic email they likely got rejected. Have them apply again with their corporate address.
