Access group problems

Check to see if you have a <space> character in front of the description
for your security group. This is what happended to me but I received an
error message "The Disallow Access list has an invalid user or security
group: CRM".

I'm running version 8.03.305E and can set access groups into
'authorized'
box. here is what i do.

i select a user, click on the security tab. add a group to the
authorized
box and click save. whenever i click save it removes the security group
from the authorized box. like i don't have permission to do this. i'm
using the manager account and don't understand whats going on with it.
if
anybody else has had any thing like this please let me know.
