Access to change a BAQ Author

Does anyone know what permissions are required to be able to change an author on a BAQ?

I’m trying to setup a user as a backup for moving solutions and they get an error message that they are unable to change the author on a BAQ. The user in question already has ‘BAQ Advanced User’ and ‘Allow Creation of Cross Company BAQ’ selected in their user account. They have access to BAQs and can create they without issue, they just get an error message when they try and change the author.

To be able to change the author of a query that you yourself is not the author, you need to be a security manager.

if you are not a security manager then you can only change the author for which you are the current author.
