Hello Michael. It sounds like Process Security has been applied to the
CopyOrder Method.



Open Process Security Maintenance screen and find bo.SalesOrder. Then check
the security on the "CopyOrder in bo.SalesOrder" Method.

In Sales Order Entry, the Copy Order button has been restricted to certain
users - how do I unlock this so it is available?

The location is Sales Order Entry > Actions > Copy Order
