Here is a suggestion for access to shipment tracker from order tracker. I
would think anyone who uses the shipping module could benefit from this
"enhancement". Please call and add your name to suggestion 4987MPS is you

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Vantage 5.00 has a new tracker called Customer
Shipment Tracker. To be consistent with other trackers, there should be the
ability to open the Customer Shipment Tracker from Order Tracker if there
have been shipments.
PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Add the ability to right click and Open With Customer
Shipment Tracker form Order Tracker's Lines Shipments if there have been
shipments against the order. The same functionality should also be available
from Customer Shipment Entry so that right clicking on the packing slip
number field (or from the browser) should open Customer Shipment Tracker.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Order Mgt > Ship Via > Open one or add a new one to the Ship
Maintenance screen.
2. In the Tracking Website section, insert a website into the URL field
and the tracking number portion into the Place Holder field.
3. Order Mgt > create an order with a line to ship.
4. Customer Shipment Entry, create a Packing Slip for this Order.
5. On the PS header, use your Ship Via from above and insert a
Tracking Number.
6. Customer Shipment Tracker, find the PS you just entered, open it
up.
7. The Track button is available next to the Tracking Number; when
you click it you are taken to the Shipper/Carrier's website you added in
step 2 above, enabling you to track your shipment via the Tracking Number.
8. Order Tracker, find and open up your Order. This same
functionality is needed here, too, perhaps a Track button could be added to
the bottom of the screen to be available for any shipment line listed.
9. Or in the Line Shipment's section here, when you choose a
shipment line, Right Click > Open With, Customer Shipment Tracker should be
available. Currently, only Job Tracker and Invoice Tracker are available
here.
