Account Context Listing Master Export

We are in the process of implementing our first Epicor 10 System. When we go into GL Control Type Maintenance, select type - click on the Account Context Tab - List, we get a listing for that control type.

Is there a way to export all of the control type / account context combinations into a single file instead of by control type?
