Account Manager Not Responding to RFQ

My company has been chasing our account manager for 5 weeks now trying to get a quote for a new module and related consulting services to implement the needed module within our business.

I have barely received one email during this time with a generic, “my team is working on it” message.

Does anyone out there have a current contact I can escalate this to? It is really frustrating that my CAM won’t respond and this is a priority for our business.

As a secondary route, you could explore the “WayFinder/Service Request” area in EpiCare… not sure if those types of things will just get routed to your CAM or not… but may find something in there that will allow you to escalate:

If you log in to EpicWeb, and click the ‘Contact Us’ tab, you’ll see the escalation pdf document. That’s got all the top folks. In this case, I wouldn’t hesitate to send a polite email to someone from customer support management.

I’ve had to do that every few years (not related to our CAM, but other support cases), and it’s always gotten the issue resolved promptly.
