Accts Rec and Aging

Thanks to all who responded. I looked at the Sales Terms maintenance and it
looks like that was the problem. We had it set to monthly! We really
appreciate all the help.

Mary, I'm not seeing that here. Did you check the sales terms maintenance
to make sure it is not set to monthly due on the 30 of the month. I'd also
see what is set as default, if any. Also, what version of Vantage?

Matt

Has anyone noticed that the aging and dues dates on invoices is a little bit
crazy? Our terms are 1%10, net 30. We have noticed that the invoice date
showing on the invoice is not usually 30 days later. It batches the dates
on invoices and makes anything in certain block due on the 30th of the next
month or something like that. It is kind of hard to explain. What we want
to happen is that the invoice is due 30 days after it is billed. Any input?

Thanks,

Mary, I'm not seeing that here either.
I just went and checked an aging. Do you pull shipments daily for
invoicing and post those groups each day? I don't know if that would make
a difference or not......... That is odd.
Chris

The other place to look is in the AR master terms table, how are the
terms set up? Monthly?

Are you billing days set to one? Look in your customer set up and see
what the contract bill day is set at and the billing days.
