I've read the messages on customizing an item on the Actions menu, but they all seem to involve calling a new program/business object. What I'm trying to do is use a custom 'Dispatch Requisition' form in Requisition Entry. The customization comes up just fine when I'm in Developer mode and select it in the ordinary manner. Where things don't work so well is setting that customization to be the default for the [already lightly customized] 'Dispatch Requisition' item on the Actions menu. I've done the Sub Process Maintenance routine, and the Process Calling Maintenance drill also, according to instructions, to no apparent effect. I think this form is in the ReqEntry dll, which makes sense, but that leaves me with no 'key' for the Process Calling setup.
Just create your customization & save it. Then in Menu maint. choose that customization under Requisition Entry menu item. If you also have a customized Requisition Entry make sure that both of the customizations have the same name.

Just taking guesses, In Process Calling Maintenance, did you leave "Called From" blank?
