Add Email to CC List to Stick on SO Acknowledgement Report when Printing

I would like to add an email to the CC list to stay so we do not have to manually add it to the SO Acknowledgement. Can anyone help?

Hello @lnimi001 You can us the Save defaults option from the actions menu.

This will only be for your user account though.

Then you are off to either looking at a way to add the default against all the users programmatically. You would want to be able to control that from somewhere not in code, what happens if you need to change the email list.

Personally I would just train your users to use the screens and get them to do it, once it’s setup they won’t need to change it.

I’d have to go off an take a look to see how you could programmatically do it. Ideally you want it to work for the Kinetic UI as well.

That’s baked in… I have never been able to get at that those fields.

What’s the problem you are trying to solve and perhaps using Routing and Breaking would do what you want if you are sending the report via email to the customer.

Yep that works thru Report Style.
