Where can I add emails to distribution list for automated reports that send out to our users? I tried looking in Report Style, but there is not Break/Routing. Is there another place I should look?
How is the report getting distributed now? I think that’s the key piece of information that is missing before we can give you actionable advice.
If it’s a report that have a report style, rdd, etc. inside of Epicor does your company have a function that is sending it out automatically or potentially ECC or maybe document sender?

I agree with @Schae235 it is difficult to help without more detailed information.
If indeed you are not seeing entries in the SSRS Breaking/Routing in the report style then you can add one. There is a 1-1 relationship to Breaking/routing and a report style so if you need to have additional rules or a similar rule to a different report style. Then you would have to add it.
Suggestion if you are doing this sort of thing is leave the Standard SSRS report style alone and start with a copy.
