I would like to add the person who entered the order to the Scheduled Shipment Report. I have a lot of experience with Crystal Reports but so much with how to setup reports within Epicor.

You would have to modify the reports data definition to include the field required by first copying - renaming it and then modifying it by bringing in a linked table to the order or un-excluding a field. the data will then be available to be sent to a new report style that you can create which will point to a new SSRS / Crystal File, displaying the required field. The Education courses and Online help have plenty of information on how to do this, as does the customization guide.
