Add Shipping Charge to Invoice based on percentage of invoice amo u

Hi, group.

I was looking to add a percentage of the invoice total as shipping
surcharges. I looked in the surcharges and seemed to be a manual process to
add to lines. Could I use the sales tax definition that looks at the total
invoice and add the percent I want to add? Has anyone done that before?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
