Adding a new GL Control to a WBS Phase Job in Project Entry - 2024.1

Hello,
I’m in 2024.1 Pilot and I want to add a GL Control to a WBS Phase in Project Entry. The NEW icon is greyed out and I cannot get it to become available. Does anyone know what step I am missing?

In classic view there is a checkbox on the project contract tab to “Recognize Revenue at WBS Phase”. Checking that box enables the option

I have that checked off.

I know this is an older post, but I just figured this out for myself. If you have parent phases of the phase you are trying to add the GL Control to, the parents must have the ‘Recognize Revenue at Child Phase Level’ selected first.

Thank you! I tried this in our testing environment and it worked. I just have to see if it will cause any issues elsewhere. Fingers crossed!
