Adding a new Reason to Quantity Adjustment

Hi there,

I’m wanting to add a new Reason to the Quantity Adjustment sheet in Epicor 9. I understand that I need to create a customisation, but other than that, I don’t really know what to do.

Am I right in thinking that it would be in an array? I’m currently looking in the customisation editor and I can’t see where the other ‘Reasons’ are located.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

You can just right-click the Reason field and open with Reason Entry. Create a new reason under Inv. Adjustment,

That would be standard functionality when using the Quantity Adjustment screen
