Open the report in the PRL that was downloaded. Then do a "save as...." and either open an existing library or create a new one to put it in. You mention existing "library", as in singular. If you have a lot of reports it is better to split them up into several functional libraries (sales, jobs, shipping, etc...) so that no one library has more than 60-70 reports. Somewhere I read once that libraries can get corrupted if there are too many reports in them. For clarity in trying to find reports when work is needed on them all my reports have the library (in parenthesis) and report name in the top left corner.

Subject: [Vantage] Adding a report to a library
I just downloaded some of the vendor shipping reports posted on the list
but I am not sure how to integrate them to our system. We are on 5.1
and I was hoping someone could explain how to add the reports to our
existing library?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
