Adding a table to Report Data Definition

Hi Lynn,

Thank you - yes I added Company to Company and yes I set the
datasource location. I will go to Epicor's site and download the
answer book to see if that will help.

Regards,
Linda

Hi Group,

I have added the Part table to a copy of the Sales Order Pick List
in Report Data Maintenance.

I setup a relationship between OrderDtl and the Part table using
Partnum.

I put a few fields in the Included Report Fields.

I saved the report data definition.

I changed the Sales Order Pick List report to use the new Data
Definition.

I print-previewed the report in Vantage.

I opened the report file that I just previewed in Crystal.

I verified the database.

I can't see the new Part table.

What did I miss?

Regards,
Linda
Did you also add the relationship OrderDtl.Company = Part.Company?

The field Company = Company must be part of every relationship
between any 2 tables.

Also, you write that you verified the database; can I assume that
before choosing the "verify database" command, that you used the "Set
Datasource Location" and chose your newly created xml file as your
new datasource location?

Report in V8.xx)
