Adding additional filters to a dashboard tracker view

I have a few dashboards that worked in 10.2.700. When I try to create the dashboard in 2021.1, I don’t get all of the tracker view fields. My 10.2.700 version has 4 tracker fields, Cust ID, Part Nbr, Start Date, and End Date. Epicor has confirmed that the Date filters don’t work in Kinetic, so I’m trying something else. In the underlying BAQ I’ve converted the dates to a text field, as ‘year, month’ (2021,11) This works 10.2.700 just as well as using the actual dates.
Anyway, I tried deploying the dashboard as a Kinetic App and I only get the beginning time period. (so I get Cust ID, Part Nbr, and Starting Period).
I opened App Studio to try to add the Ending Date, which is easy enough, except, I can’t find where the condition is entered.
Where does the ‘less than or equal’ for the final prompt get entered?
