Adding and displaying field in Vantage

The grid view in the Costing Workbench > Cost > Manufactured tab uses the Mfg table which appears native to the screen. The Part table is not connected to this form. You might be able to do something with a foreign key view...

Hi,
I added a field in Part maintenance(Part.shortchar06).I want to add the same field in Costing Workbench->Cost->Manufactured parts.After the adding the same field here,it does not display the data from Part.shortchar06.

Any suggestions will be really appreciated.

First of all, when you say "after adding the same field here, it does not
display the data from part.shortchar06; how did you "add the field"???
The Part.ShortChar06 field can appear in other forms two ways that I have
done: Foreign Key View or BPM that dumps into the data that is being read


Costing Workbench Cost Manufactured Parts is a process pulling costs for
manufactured parts from the CostPart
