Adding UD field to Pick List

Hi All,

I’m trying to add a UD character field to the Pick List report.
I’m adding information from the Lot Number table, and I know that part is set up correctly, because I can add the built in fields, no problem. But when I try to add the Character01 field, my report crashes with a server error (SaaS version). Is there some trick to adding UD fields?

Yes, insomuch that I can access all the standard fields. Is there something special I need to do to get Character01?

I went ahead and used ShortChar01, and that seems to work fine. Maybe something to do with the default format (x50 v x4000)? Otherwise, I can’t see that I did anything differently.
