OK, the guys in shipping created a problem for us. They were testing
a scenario and created a bogus packing slip. The left it marked
ready to invoice however, and forgot to come back and delete it.
Guess what, it got invoiced.

So here are the problem areas that I'm aware of.

1. We've mistankenly billed the customer for parts that never
shipped.
-Solution: Create create memo along with apology.

2. The sales order and the job show an incorrect amount has
shipped. The sales order could close incorrectly on a later
shipment. I've got an on-time shipments report that will have
incorrect data on it due to the bogus Packing Slip which can not be
deleted.

Does anyone have a solution as to how to fix these issues. So far
Vantage support is stumped. Are we the only company in the world
whose shipping department would do something this d__b. How would
you fix other mistakes on the packing slip once its been invoiced.
