I adjusted an Unapplied receipt because I could not apply it to the invoice it belongs with. The transaction was posted on the General Ledger; however, the credit is still on the AR Aging. What would cause this? I also adjusted the invoice that would offset this Unapplied Receipt, and that did post to the AR Aging and General Ledger. Do you have any ideas?
When running AR ageing report look for tick box/selection to include unapplied receipts.
