Admin User Disabled now Reports won't run

We recently lost our Epicor Admin and when we disabled his user and admin in both Epicor and Active Directory we lost the ability to print to PDF and all of our reports. We are trying to figure out where his user has been added to take over those abilities.

I would check Report Server Configuration Manager on the SSRS server and report data sources and also Epicor Company Maintenance - Reporting for the old admin username.

In Epicor Admin console it is probably several places. I would make a generic user. Mine is called printsvc and make it so it can do impersonation.

You are going to have to redeploy, so unless you have a background print only app server (which I would recommend) this will cause a short disruption.

I would turn the accounts back on and make a plan for the evening. If you have a test environment do this all in test first before you take on live.

Admin console, task manager, possibly the app pool account.
