I am not that familiar with Advanced Print Management but if this is for automating and emailing Crystal Reports take a look at CRD (Crystal Reports Distribution) from Christian-Steven Company. It will automate running reports (either on a schedule or for an extra module event driven) and will email to distribution lists or do bursting to addresses in the data, We did invoices this way to send PDF attachments to customers flagged in the customer table. Either one per invoice or all invoices for the customer in one PDF. CRD is pretty powerful but not cheap but still easily paid for itself in paper distribution reductions. It also was a huge labor saver over someone running daily reports and emailing them to people – like overnight labor efficiency reports to the supervisors or order confirmations and shipping advance notices to customers. Not sure about faxing but most customers preferred emailed PDF files anyway.
