I have setup Scheduling priorities and setup groups for manage organising our production plan by colour first – Scheduling priority then by Timber Width -setup group.
My process for the daily plan is MRP → Set Scheduling Order → Global Scheduling —? Resource Scheduling.
I expected within a day to have my colors grouped as a block. It mostly does that for a day but then sometimes it schedules 3 or 4 times the same color which would drive move change over time. I have tried putting bigger gaps between the scheduling factor and it makes it even worse. And Idea how I can solve this?
