Aged Payables /Receivables report error

You need to make the change in the Company Config.

Go to the Acct Pay and Acct Rec and set it up there.

I just upgraded from 5.2 > 6.0 >6.1. In 5.2, the aged payables report was
not an option in the report style menu. In 6.1 it is an option. The
problem I'm having is that when I run the either report I immediately get
this error;

"A default aging report format must exist before running this report"

I checked the report style and they both point to a default report. I
tried changing the default report but this error still persists. Any ideas
on why I keep getting this error.

I went as far as to reinstall 6.1 on a new server but I still keep getting
this message.
