I’m new to being a Epicor admin. I have been asked to add line detail to the aged receivable report and add the product group per line. I’m not exactly sure where to start or if this is possible/practical. Any input is appreciated.

I would say, no - modifying that report is not practical, in my opinion, if you are new to this as you say.
Personally, I have long thought about making a dashboard for this instead of that ridiculous PDF report. The PDF is rough for the users in my experience.
