Agent Emailed Report Issue

I have three reports that run by the agent, email tracking info to the the customer every night. One runs at 6pm, the other two at 11:58 pm, as we have shippers here till 11ish. However, one report isn’t running. It keep saying, No Records Selected. Yet you can go into the BAQ, change the date to yesterday, and the data comes right up.

Ideas on what is stopping it form working?

If it’s one of the reports that is supposed to run at 11:58, could there be a timing problem and it doesn’t actually kick off until after midnight?

Agent shows it fires at 11:58, but not sure. I do have the other one set for 11:58 as well. So, maybe I need to stagger these.

@Will79 by the time it moves to processing , it might well indeed be the following day.

Maybe try setting it to run at 6pm or something (when you are working) and sending it to you only. At least then you will know if it populates via that method.

You could also try just setting it to 11.45pm or something
