Create a calculated field that returns the value if the po is open and
returns 0 if the po is closed. Then aggregate the calculated field.

I have a report that list part numbers and any POs that have that part number in them. To filter out Closed PO's, I have created a Print Condition to not print the line if the PO Line is closed. I am trying to create a aggregate field that would total up the quantity of a part that is on order from different PO's. The problem is when it totals, it totals all record lines and not just the ones that have printed. I want it to total only those lines that have printed and not the ones that the Print Condition filtered out. Is this possible? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Jasper
