We run over 500 users, every day someone has a cache issue. I have to remote in and delete
C:\ProgramData\Epicor and C:\users<user>\AppData\Epicor etc…
It would be so nice if there was a way to configure epicor sysconfig to have it blow the whole ProgramData/Epicor and other reference folder away every time the client closes.
Or if the Clear Client Cache was actually powerful enough to do this?
Managing Cache is Epicor is some days a full time job.

Doing clear client cache didn’t fix it, blowing away Program Data did.
