Hi

We have recently installed a new mail serve with exchange 2013.

Since doing this Altec Doclink hasn't worked for emails.

They get sent to Doclink but The email doesn't actually get sent.

Any suggestions??

Doclink is installed on the same server it always has been. I can't find any settings in Doclink that let you change the mail server name.

Login to doclink administration screen
click on manage in the top menu bar - select system settings
click on smtp in the environment section

I don't have smtp in the environment section. We are on version 2.5 - you might be referring to a later version?

To find system settings I had to go to Tools > System Settings.

Any suggestions?

Why not have Epicor upgrade you to the latest version I know Karen over
there in MPL would be more than happy :) (given that you are on maintenance
of course)
