Another D.C. Question

Thanks Paul, I'll check that out! All of our D.C. machines are older, so that sure could be the problem.

I had the same problem last week. It was on one particular workstation.
After turning off active desktop and setting the color scheme back to
windows standard we were able to scroll down to the other jobs ( after a
restart ). I'm thinking it was a video card driver problem, or just not
enough video RAM to run the active desktop. It was an older machine running
MS Windows 2000 Pro.

FYI

Subject: [Vantage] Another D.C. Question

Clear DayHi Group:

I have another question related to Data Collection. When an employee is
in more than 2 jobs at a time, how can they scroll down and end the correct
job? We can only see 2 jobs on the screen, so if they need to end a 3rd or
4th job, they have to end the 2nd one in order for the 3rd one to show up to
end, etc. I've tried using the arrow down and the page down, but that
doesn't work. I'm sure it's something simple, but I haven't been able to
figure it out.

Thanks alot!
