Any 9.05 "EPM" users? What do you do for business metrics?

Part of the cost you are paying for when you get EPM through Epicor is the pre configured cubes, gems and slicers. Without the preconfigured packs you have to in turn purchase the Designer in addition to Canvas to be able to designed your own cubes and views.

Metalworks is a high performing, lean enterprise and we have many levels of scorecards and business metrics, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual measurements. Lots of tracking for impeovement.

We are live as of last August on 9.05.600b, moving to 603 shortly.

We want to build as many of these metrics into Epicor long term as possible. We want to have one single source of truth as we say.

However, We find ourselves pulling data from Epicor into crystal or excel often to build these higher level summary metrics.

The standard dashboards are used daily, but not really built for multiple levels of summarized data.

Building the Executive Dashboards is possible, but a slow learning curve.

Epicor is pushing us to look at the new EPM module.

Does anyone have experince with this EPM?

What do others do for the higher level metrics?

Thanks in advance.
