I have a field coming in my doc such as

email1,email2,email3...ad-infinitum

I know I can use a formula with that funky erm language to split the field.
But anyone know a way I can send the doc to each of those emails

Jose,

Are you saying you have an unlimited number of emails in one field? Can you explain more about why to see if there is another way around this?

As you mentioned, you could do a formula to breakout the emails, but then I think you would need separate fields as master properties to be able to send them out too...So, setup email1,email2, email3 etc as properties for your document...

Hi Karen
Realistically I wouldn't have an "unlimited" number fo email but the way it
is setup now they can type into this email email1, email2 , email3 etc
until they run out of Character01 space.

Jose,
The only way I can picture this working is...
1 - split field in Crystal first (easier)
2 - create separate master properties for email1 to emailXX
3 - have separate areas on the Crystal report for email1 to emailXX (for example, 4? across a page and number of needed rows)
4 - draw around each to designate as master properties for email1 to emailXX in APM
5 - Setup Dynamic group to include email1 to emailXX

You still will probably get warnings about any that do not fill all defined emails. Without doing this myself, I do have already a similar with only a few emails and get warnings when the "alternate" email does not exist...
Karen

Hi Jose,
Â
No need to split into individual fields. APM will send email to each of the email address as long as you have delimiter as comma or semi-colon.

Â

I have a field coming in my doc such as

email1,email2,email3...ad-infinitum

I know I can use a formula with that funky erm language to split the field.
But anyone know a way I can send the doc to each of those emails
