Any way to view SharePoint Attachments within SharePoint Online instead of prompting download

So we are working on getting our attachments on to sharepoint Online. I got it all configured. But when you view Office documents it prompts for download in Kinetic Web UI.

In Classic it opens the document in the appropriate program.
Is there a way to view the attachment within the browser in SharePoint Online? So that Word Online, Excel Online, etc can be utilized?
