Was there something particularly custom you wanted to do with the frame, or just welded it yourself for the fun of it?

Both? What I really want to build is a petit porteur shaped transit compatible mini velo cargo frame that fits me. In the meantime âWhat if a Trek 830 with loooong chainstaysâ fills a gap and debugs my shop with a less complex project.
Steel! Titanium is really nice to weld but everything else about it is more than Iâm willing to put up with.
