Anyone get an email today from Epicor on 2025.2.10 update - Pilot and Production

Don’t want to cause panic but…

States 2025.2.10 updates were coming to Pilot on 1/20 and Production on 1/24??

We aren’t on cadence so not sure why I even got it.

Status page says the same thing. Pilot on Wednesday, Production on Saturday.

White knuckle city.

Makes no sense. For one thing my company isn’t on cadence - but even if we were, a four day window to fully test in Pilot?!

But they gave us 9 days notice.

Is this even 4 days?
The pilot update window ends Wednesday at 6 am,
Production update window begins Saturday (a weekend) at 4:00 PM..
That feels like (Wed, Thur, Fri) 3 days to me…

Epicor must feel really confident about this dot update!

You mean you don’t have your Recoder test scripts all built out?! /s

So 2025.2.10 is the last point release for 2025.2?

I got the email at 1p ET today. My head’s been spinning ever since.

If you’re that concerned about the .10 update… jump on EpicWeb and review the release notes to learn what is getting updated.

… oh… wait… what?

The excel file at the bottom of the EpicWeb page at least is up-to-date.

Odd to get through Epicor Support. I got this from Epicor cloud status on Monday

Kinetic - Americas on cadence customers are scheduled for the 2025.2.10 Pilot update:

From: Tuesday, January 20, 7:00 PM Local Datacenter Time
To: Wednesday, January 21, 6:00 AM Local Datacenter Time

Figured Prod Update would come Sat after as usual for dot updates. Were Cloud customers on Cadence.

Ps were on 2025.2.7 now… maybe .8 coming next ??

That’s “as usual”??? YIKES.

And to top that off, here’s what I got back on the EpicCare case.

We acknowledge the request and we will assign a resource to look into it

This is the key thing to look for if you Flex.

If this worries you, don’t look at the Cloud Portal page where it says you will be updated automatically even if you are a flex customer. (We are flex 2)

They really have trouble keeping track of who is on cadence, flexing, or even on prem as we’ve seen in this thread. They just send notices to everyone. Same for the status updates where they always reference “a subset of customers”.

Speaking of updates, does anyone know when the 2026.1 update will be? I know they said May 2026, but if anyone has any more concrete dates that would be appreciated.

That’s the problem…I’m a cl0ud n00b. We moved up 9/2025 and deferred the 2025.2 update. Listing that - and then a 1/24 date for production - is what’s giving me a migraine.

I don’t see anything out past March, or 2026.1 related…
