We had a similar situation where one of the files (from memory, I think it
was ctfold.ocx) was getting locked. If all users logged out of the terminal
server, the file would unlock.
I just went through this problem with Vantage tech support. Besides
recommending that the directory containing the OCXs on the terminal server
be set to read only, they also sent me a batch file. Basically, it looks
like it goes through and reregisers all the OCXs to point to where they are
located on the server instead of the local machine.
So if problems persist, call Vantage support and ask if they can send you
the same batch file.
