Is anyone up and running on E11 and what issues if any are you having? My key question is how stable and bug free is the product and were there any major issues upgrading?
Everyone in the cloud is on Kinetic 2021 (what they used to call E11). So it’s been in use for a while by a lot of people.
thats fine but I would like to hear more about the upgrade process and what people may have run into. We have a large customization done by Epicor on our fulfillment workbench

Every customer is different and a lot depends on how the FWB customization was done. If there is a lot of code that isn’t related to the UI, then you’ll have some work. Your best bet is to spin up a VM (or more) and try it. We’re on 10.1.600 and are in the same boat but until we actually run an upgrade, nobody can tell us what it will be like.

We did the upgrade (on-prem) by ourselves. Multi-company with 2 CSFs and a CSG mod’d Document Sender module. We’ve got some decent customizations, but not too drastic. All went well, just fine. No problems at all (none that weren’t easily fixed - mostly just personalizations needing to be deleted)
If Epicor/CSG did the mod, then you can reach out to them for the updated version. Might cost you a little bit, but that’s their job.

We went from 10.2.700 on premise ourselves. We have many customizations done and the only one we had to update was in MES with IssueMaterial there was a field added.
Other than that it was very smooth. A lot more trackers where defaulted to Kinetic on 11.
