Our finance team is currently on a mission to automate our AP process. I’m hoping to get some feedback from the community on the items below. Before I get into that though, I want to address DocStar/ECM. We used to have it, we got rid of it, we’re not impressed with it’s current iteration, our conversations with current users have already steered us away from it. ECM is off the table.
So, other than ECM:
- What solution are you using?
- Does it have a native integration, Workato/Automation Studio, or something else?
- Where are you storing the data?
- Are you (specifically your finance team) happy with it?
We are currently looking at ARM from Precise Business Solutions and have concerns about their use of Traild which is a 3rd party SaaS tool. I can’t find any information on them beyond their website. If you are using them please dm me if you’re not comfortable posting in the open. Thanks all!
