AP Check Detail not printing

James... YES....

This is an ongoing problem that I still have found no resolution for. There
are many nuances/frustrations related to (and *only* to) Crystal Reports and
printing in Windows 7 (specifically 64 bit... I'd like to hear maybe from
someone on Win7-32bit... do they even make that?)

Collating on any report directly printed from CR Viewer in Win7 will not
work.

TO any Epicor-employee lurkers on this list: Is there a solution? :-)
I've checked high and low on SAP's site, yielding nothing. Many folks have
the issue. It's not "Epicor"... it's Crystal. Click this link and see:
http://www.google.com/search?q=crystal+reports+windows+7+printing

Here's a work around for the time being: Export to PDF from the CR Viewer.
Then Print the PDF from Adobe Acrobat and everything will/should work fine.

Good luck.

Subject: [Vantage] AP Check Detail not printing

We are on 6.1 and use a custom crystal report for our AP check printing. We
have recently ran into a problem where if we print the AP checks from
Windows 7, only the first check will print the detail and all subsequent
ones will print the check but the detail information is repressed. I have
examined the report in crystal itself and made sure everything is correct. I
have also verified the detail information is in the DBF files generated to
the working directory from the printing function. Now here's the funny
thing. This all works flawlessly when printing from any Windows XP system
(Real or Virtualized). However, it consistently doesn't print correctly from
Windows 7 regardless of the printer selected.

If anyone has had this problem, let me know if there is a fix. I know the
default answer is the upgrade.

Thanks
-J
