I am looking for an AP check format that prints the invoices paid on both
check stubs. Currently, we send the vendor all parts of the check because it
only prints the detail of what's being paid on the top stub. We want to
print on both stubs and keep the top to staple to the invoices paid. Tried
to edit the format but our best Crystal Reports person here could not get it
to work. Thanks in advance for any help.

There is a way, Karen, using subreports to repeat the detail information on two sections of the Invoice. I believe Sharma has done this, and Wendy has given it a try as well.

The basic idea is: Replicate the details section in a Subreport. Then create a DetailsA and a DetailsB section. Put a copy of the Subreport in DetailsA, and another copy in DetailsB. The footer will remain the same, which is the actual check. I've helped do it, but don't actually have a copy of the result.
