AP Check Print - E9

I battled this yesterday... You just described the problem we had exactly. Has someone updated windows recently? The day before this went squirrely on us, someone ran the windows update. When I got around to uninstalling some updates to .net 2.something I got this to work again. The reason I believe they were tied together is I intentionally left ap payment open and when I got to that particular update it asked me to close that window and vantage. Afterwards we were printing again...

When we try to select the manual tray the printer always pulls from tray 1 auto select and ignores the manual. When the checks print the numbers from epicor are reveresed from our preprinted check numbers

Driver issue?

Sounds like it. I'd try a different PC and Printer in TEST or PILOT to see.
I've seen strange things before with printer drivers. Just had an issue
this morning as a matter of fact!
