I had something similiar happen after we made some minor changes to our network layout. My fix was to go into Crystal Reports for the AP check form and change the printer options to the right printer with all the printer layouts set correctly.

Subject: [Vantage] Ap Check Printing Issue
Â
We are on 904.504B and have been printing AP Checks just fine. Last Thursday, when we went to process payments, no checks printed. The system monitor shows complete but nothing is coming out and I cant see any issues on the log files
Â
When the same user prints to that printer from our test server it prints fine. When another user prints checks from his workstation on the production server to that same check printer is prints as well
Â
Seems to be one user when printing from his workstation only in our production environment that the AP checks dont print.
Â
I have called support and they recommended reinstalling print drivers. Anyone else have some thoughts how to troubleshoot?
