AP Posting hung

AP started posting process - it hung (no response for very long time) - they received a timeout error. User logged out/in - searched and selected group which would cause to hang again (no response- just have spinning hourglass). We restarted task agent - no avail. Nothing in review journal. Looks like the process is just hung for some reason. Tried to stop the Epicor ICE service - could not reinitiate - restarted server. We can now select group but it has the RED POSTING status message - yet no process shown running in agent and shows the posting was ‘cancelled’ in history when server was boot.

Not sure what caused it to hang in first place - and how do we reset to we can start the posting process to begin again? Also - restarted application pools and still nothing.

Called support - ran conversion 680 - all cleared! Thank you!
