Hi all,

Has anyone come across this error before?

We also keep getting these
A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 46.

It’s just started happening.

Apologies, we use the API through our web portal which uses PHP to submit through the API. It was working perfectly then all of a sudden the website know throws an error.

When I visit the swagger help page for the API I get this error message on the ERP Server event logs. I have googled the hell out of it and no avail. I recently found the error on the original post but I can’t make out what is causing the issue.

Is the correct certificate selected in IIS for your site?

For your Epicor server, you would check registry settings as well as WebConfig settings (there’s a post out here about that)
