I have a member of staff getting this error The APInvHed is locked by and then the member of staffs name who its locked by.
Now i remember there is an option somewhere to unlock things like this but i can not seem to find it.

Well, in Kinetic I can see the Lock/Unlock button (on the Group Level).
The button doesn’t appear until you create/load a group.
In Classic, I’m having trouble finding it.
Is the user no longer with the company?
No there still with us
Can that user (the user it’s locked under) close out of their session, open it back up, go to that group, enter it, then close the group entry screen?

Getting tricky to make this clear. The user it’s locked by needs to do that:
Its all locked we just get the same error when we try and do things.
Fixed it went to Review Journal searched for it in there and cancelled the Job which then unlocked it.
