APM attach supplemental document - excel

I am working on a process to send RFQs via APM and attaching a spreadsheet for the vendor.

I am planning a bpm to make the file and then attach in APM. APM has an option for use stored procedure to determine supplemental docs.

Does anyone have an example stored procedure that does this? or another way to approach attaching a dynamic document in APM?
