This is a dead thread, but I also ran into the issue. Due to my frustration with support, I tend to troubleshoot pretty far. My ticket referred to some open problems and basically stated that the base layers have this issue and Epicor needs to fix.
I am fixing it myself because it needs to be solved, but I am not an Epicor Employee. Am I responsible for the entire ticket I submit. I identified the issue and am implementing the resolution.
